Generating ideas is hard enough when you have plenty of time in your process to devote to it. But most of us need to generate ideas quickly, which usually leads to uninspired solutions and expected results. Author Stefan Mumaw is going to show you the simple difference between traditional ideation and rapid ideation and then detail how to ideate rapidly. In this session, he’ll break down techniques to use to generate ideas quickly, and viewers will practice the skill of rapid ideation on a number of fun, collaborative problems. He’ll illustrate the three-part technique (Invention, Iteration, and Inflation) to show you how to create new tread on worn problem solving processes. By the end, attendees will be armed with new tools and techniques to use to generate more ideas and do so quickly.
