With a personal goal of growing, learning and creating, Allie enjoys meeting other creative professionals and taking on new challenges. Originally from a tiny town in north central South Dakota, Allie decided to move west and earn her two bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Graphic Design at BHSU.
As a student, Allie worked for the BHSU marketing department as a student photographer and web designer. Her work as a student transitioned naturally into her current position as the Digital Content Specialist for Monument Health — a role she’s had since 2019. At Monument Health, Allie is the photographer and videographer for the entire health care system and plays an important role in communication internally and externally. Over the past couple years, Allie has also taken on additional roles including managing digital signage, creating a kiosk interface and even some graphic design.
When Allie’s not behind her camera at work, she might be behind her own camera photographing a wedding or senior. However, when she is without a camera, she can often be found hiking or hanging out with her husband and fur babies.
