Benefits of an AAF-Black Hills Membership

Hello AAF-Black Hills Members!

The Board has spent the summer months working hard to plan a great year, and we are excited for the things we have planned! You spoke and we listened. To help showcase the benefits of an AAF-Black Hills membership, we wanted to outline the awesome perks that your membership will give you!

What hasn’t changed:

  • Our luncheons will be held at the Dahl Arts Center
  • 50/50 drawing at each luncheon, so remember to bring cash with you! Half the proceeds go towards our student scholarship, and the other half goes to the winning ticket holder.
  • Membership dues will pay for:
  1. Your local and national membership dues
  2. Your entry fee and meal for each luncheon and roundtable discussion you attend
  3. Your entrance to the Design Jam
  4. Discounted ticket prices and entry fees for the ADDY awards
  5. Programs throughout the year featuring top professionals in our industry


What’s New!

  • Added marketing opportunities:
    In place of a monthly luncheon, we will have periodic roundtable discussions that will provide the opportunity to talk one-on-one with other club members, and feature topic driven discussions lead by area professionals. This will not only help establish a closer-knit club, but will also provide a better better referral sources for each of us.
  • Membership directory:
    Accessible only to members, the board will be collecting contact information from members who wish to participate in the membership directory.
  • Member spotlight:
    A brief article will be written on a randomly selected club member, and will provide additional details about the person, where they work, what they do, and any additional info. they wish to share.
  • Late fees:
    RSVP’s from members and non-members received after the deadline will be charged a $3 late fee to help cover additional catering costs.

All of these benefits, and many more, will be yours with the renewal of your annual membership. Membership invoices will be sent soon, be sure to take care of them timely so you don’t miss out on our great year!

Student – $100
Non-Profit – $170
Single – $220
Corporate – $660 (buy 3 memberships get 1 FREE!)
Executive – $1,300 (buy 6 memberships get 2 FREE!)
